It started with a passion. My husband and I have been avid retro and vintage collectors for many years. For his 50th birthday, I decided to throw him a 70's themed party as this is his favourite era. We decked out every space in the house with retro furniture - we had a fondue room, a disco dance floor and even a foam pit! Everyone dressed to the theme and we had 70's style food as well.

Once the party was over we needed to get rid of all of the items we'd bought, I walked past this space for lease in downtown Upper Hutt and thought I'd give it a go. My husband's a collector and my dad was a secondhand dealer so it's definitely a family passion that has turned into a business.

We enjoy hunting and buying and just making people happy. Whether it's a collector purchasing something they're been waiting for a while, or someone wanting to declutter, or even a browser who comes in just for the music and to feel nostalgic.
